He further enriched his expertise by completing several programs at the Hampton Roads Criminal Justice Academy, earning certificates in Basic Jailor training, Court Security, and Civil Processing. Driven by his passion for social justice and public service, he is currently pursuing another degree in Criminal Justice: Corrections and Human Services at Liberty University.

Beyond his professional work, he is the lead pastor of Grace Domicile, a church dedicated to empowering lives through the preaching of the gospel, and humanitarian work. He currently serves as the International Affairs Coordinator for the Apostolic Gathering Fellowship of Churches (AGFC) and is an active member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). Previously, he was a member of the National Sheriff’s Association. Through these involvements, he demonstrates a consistent commitment to making a difference in the city of Newport News.

In 2018, Mr. Francis relocated to Newport News, Virginia, where he eventually married Alexandria DivineInsight Roberson. The couple is now the proud parents of two children, whom they are raising in their new home. His personal life provides a rich foundation for his community work, as he has become deeply invested in the City of Newport News, both personally and professionally.
